Take my hand,
And I will lift you
Across the golden mountains,
Into the morning.

And when noon comes
We will run to the forest
Where the deer make their nest.

Take my hand
And we will whisper
With dragonflies
In the quiet afternoon.

Take my hand,
And, together,
We will board the old man's boat
And cross the long slow river,
Toward evening.
